( My description )Profile Writing Ideas

Choosing a Nickname:
The importance of choosing a good Nickname is often overlooked. Misrepresenting yourself or why you are using the site can undermine your success. For example, if you are using a sexual Nickname, “Sexy Vixen”, but your primary goal is to find a long-term relationship, you may attract the wrong types of people. Attempt to create a name that reflects yourself and your purpose here. Sometimes the simplest names are the most effective.

Choosing a Caption:
Your caption is what members first see when viewing your profile. You want it to attract attention, but at the same time attract the “right” kind of attention.

Writing “My description”
When describing yourself be positive, honest and descriptive. What you say about yourself is as important as how you say it. Even the smallest part of your profile could impact someone’s decision to contact you.

Here are just some ideas of what to write about:

Writing “About my match”
Who are you looking for? For some it’s a very simple question to answer, but for others it can be very hard to put into words. Try to be open-minded while still remaining true to yourself.

If you are only interested in a certain age range, race or religion, include that information. If you are only interested in meeting a “Professional”, then include that as well. Anything you feel is important to you should be included.

Here are just some ideas of what to write about:

The qualities I look for in a mate are…
